ABOUT US The Center for Personalized Education was first established as Colorado Personalized Education for Physicians through the collaborative efforts of seven Colorado healthcare organizations: the Colorado Alliance for CME, the Colorado Foundation for Medical Care, the Colorado Hospital Association, the Colorado Medical Society, the Colorado Physician Health Program, the Colorado Society of Osteopathic Medicine, and the University of Colorado School of Medicine. In addition, the COPIC Companies have been a strong supporter of CPEP programs and services since their inception. As an organization, we have benefited from the commitment, as well as the tangible skills and valuable insights brought to the program by these founding members, supporters, and board members. From a financial perspective, donations from the Colorado medical community have provided significant support to the program during the past decade and continue today through the annual CPEP Physician Excellence Campaign. Because CPEP is a nonprofit organization supported only by participant fees with no funding from medical licensure fees or other state sources, these contributions are critical. In recognition and appreciation of this support and the role that the Colorado medical community has played in CPEP’s work over the years, the CPEP Board of Directors has established the Colorado Physician Fee Support Program exclusively for Colorado physicians. This program is funded directly through donations from Colorado hospitals, medical staffs and medical organizations. Please note that participants are sent an application form for the Colorado Physician Fee Support Program at the time of their enrollment. If the participant is approved, CPEP will pay a portion of the participant’s program fees in the amount listed on the Colorado Physician Fee Support. Download CPEP's 2007 Annual Report The
