FEES & ENROLLMENT
Fees
Fees are based on each participant's specialty and the complexity of the assessment and/or education services required. In most cases, the participant is responsible for all program fees. Sometimes, the referring organization may agree to pay for part of the assessment fee. Fees for the education program are typically paid by the participant as part of their continuing medical education expenses.
Enrollment
Three to six weeks notice is required to make arrangements for an initial assessment. A deposit and a completed registration must be submitted to begin the enrollment process.
